Space merchandise? You know you want it!
The Australian Space Agency has launched their own range of merchandise. Because why would you want to wear NASA gear when you can be repping our own space agency?
Fresh from inking deals overseas, promoting Australian interests, bringing our local industry together more efficiently, and working out a roadmap so our country can take advantage of space technology, they’ve now turned fashion designers.
Available exclusively through the Questacon shop, the range includes the usual t-shirts and hats suitable for everyone.
Come morning tea time you can also be sipping your space tea or space coffee in your own space mug (in white or black).
But what’s you’re really going to want is the Space Agency’s mission patch. As far as space merchandise goes this is the bees knees. At $7.50 it’s an absolute bargain too.
Of course all the merch has the agency’s logo – a representation of Australia from space – made using significant Indigenous star constellations which represent dreamtime stories. The image is made up of eight Aboriginal constellations and star maps, including the emu in the sky and the seven sisters.
