Dwan Price from Deakin University took to the FameLab Australia stage to  present her research on the impact peanut allergens on gut leakiness and what routes these allergens take when crossing the intestine.

Peanut allergies are the second most common allergy in children. Dwan Price’s research looks to understand the way these allergens behave once they’re eaten as well as how they interact with the intestine.
