Jessica, Ben & Craig all work in different areas within submarine engineering, but work together to make sure it all integrates well. Ben explains how he wasn’t really academic at school, but has found a way to utilise his communication skills and how his perception of what an engineer is was totally off, Jessica talks about how gender isn’t a barrier and Craig talks about how his passion to find creative solutions to problems is the corner stone of what he does. All of them agree they have found a career they love, where they make a difference and draw upon many varied skill areas.
