Working in Art - Picture Conservation

Last updated December 12, 2017 at 4:27 pm

We follow Rosie with her career in Art Conservation, where she turns back the clock on paintings and frames in her day to day role. She talks about how she was initially worried about the level of Chemistry knowledge she would need, but has found how it makes so much more sense when applying it to specific tasks in the real life situation of the work world. She also discusses the ethical implications of Art Conservation, posing the question how far is too far when it comes to restoration?
