The University of South Australia’s Dr Kathleen Connellan research investigates how interior spaces and menus in nursing homes can be redesigned to make eating a more enjoyable experience for the elderly. Her project correlates with the Australian national priority of ‘Aging Well’ and aligns with UniSA’s research theme ‘An Age Friendly World’.
