Peter J Mumby is a research professor at The University of Queensland. Having previously worked on remote sensing for mapping coral reefs, seagrass beds and mangroves, his research is now focussed on coral reef management and resilience. Studying everything from algal patches millimetres in size to whole reefs, his research investigates the effectiveness of conservation measures.
