A CSIRO study has found that 1 in 6 Australian adults don’t drink milk or eat dairy foods, but most of them don’t have a medical diagnosis. So what’s the real story? We talk to Dr Sinead Golley, a behavioural scientist and post-doctoral research fellow with CSIRO Food and Nutrition, who was involved in this study.
