Find this year’s education playlists, resources and activities for the 2021 SCINEMA International Science Film Festival. These are available to use throughout August, just in time for your National Science Week activities.
Bring SCINEMA To Your Classroom
SCINEMA is the largest international science film festival in the southern hemisphere, showcasing the best science feature, documentary, animated and experimental films from filmmakers around the world.
Throughout August, you can watch hand-picked playlists of science films specially chosen for use in the classroom.
Films cover a range of STEM topics, each with dedicated teacher resources packed full of lesson inspiration, classroom activities and thought-provoking questions all linked to the Australian National Curriculum – and best of all, they’re free!
How to get started:
- Log in or create a FREE education account
- Choose a playlist below
- Download the accompanying resource pack best suited to your year group – you can download as many of these as you like.
- You’ll need a screen, speakers and connection to the internet (we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox browser)
That’s it! It’s super simple to get in on the fun and see science differently.
